Day 1: KATHMANDU

Arrival at the airport of Kathmandu. You will be received by your guide and driver who will accompany you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel. After breakfast leave for a full day sightseeing of the ancient city of Kathmandu. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square (UNESCO site) Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar (home of the living goddess). Lunch at a typical Nepali restaurant. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: KATHMANDU (Temples, Stupas & Sunset)

After breakfast leave to explore the religious and spiritual places of Kathmandu. Visit Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Head to Pashupatinath Temple (Hindu temple complex), Observe cremation ghats & Hindu rituals (respectfully), Visit Boudhanath Stupa (largest stupa in Nepal). Lunch at a typical Nepali restaurant. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 3: KATHMANDU (Day Trip to Bhaktapur & Patan)
After breakfast go for a full day excursion of the ancient sites of Bhaktapur and Patan. Drive (~45 mins) to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Explore 55 Window Palace, Nyatapola Temple, enjoy the local craft at Pottery Square. Head to Patan (Lalitpur) – another royal city. Visit Patan Durbar Square, Golden Temple, Mahaboudha Temple, Patan Museum (excellent displays of art & history). Return to Kathmandu. Lunch at a typical Nepali restaurant. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: POKHARA- (5 hours drive)

In the afternoon go for the boat ride on lake Phewa and enjoy the breathtaking views of the magnificent Himalayas. Visit Tal Barahi Temple on the lake island and Peace Pagoda (Shanti Stupa). Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 5 : POKHARA
Leave early for sunrise to enjoy the view the highest Himalayan peaks Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machapuchare. Return in hotel for breakfast. After breakfast go for the visits of Devi’s Fall & Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. Devi’s Fall is a powerful waterfall, especially in monsoon. The cave has a Shiva lingam (Shiva temple) and ends near the waterfall. Visit the famous International Mountain Museum, Tibetan Refugee Camp. In the late afternoon go for the stroll of the Lakeside Market. Lunch at a typical Nepali restaurant. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 6 : CHITWAN (3 hours drive)

After breakfast drive to Chitwan a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity, including Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinos, elephants, gharials, and over 500 bird species. On arrival check in at the lodge. Lunch at lodge. In the afternoon visit Tharu Village to explore the indigenous Tharu community, traditional houses, and local culture. In the evening enjoy Tharu Cultural Dance Show, a traditional stick dance and drumming performance. Dinner and over night in the lodge.

Day 7 : CHITWAN (Jungle Exploration)
Early Morning enjoy Canoe Ride on Rapti River. A peaceful glide on a traditional dugout canoe which gives opportunity to spot marsh mugger crocodiles, gharials, and water birds. After breakfast leave for the jungle safari. Track wildlife with an expert naturalist. Spot rhinos, wild boar, deer, monkeys, and if lucky, tigers or sloth bears. In the afternoon visit Elephant Breeding Center. Learn about conservation efforts and see baby elephants. Dinner and overnight in the lodge.
